Returns and Refunds
Notification. To be eligible for return, you must notify Three Bees Collectibles LLC customer support within (2) days of delivery. Notification should include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos showing the item and packaging as received.
Condition for Return. Items accepted for return must be in their original condition and packaging. If an item or its packaging shows signs of wear, has been opened, or is otherwise not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be available unless the damage was caused during shipping and is verified pursuant to paragraph 5 below.
Pre-approval required. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Do not ship items back without return authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at sender’s expense.
Shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Turn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is in result of an error on the part of Three Bees Collectibles LLC (i.e. wrong item sent), in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Shipping damage - carrier responsibility & verification.
If an item or its packaging is damaged on arrival, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, (i.e. write “damaged” or refused the package) and contact us immediately (within (2) days) with photos of the item and packaging as delivered.
We will require evidence of carrier-caused damage (photos and, if requested, cooperation with a carrier inspection or a copy of the carrier claim). Refunds or replacements will only be issued for damage that is verified to have occurred in transit by the shipping carrier or through carrier claim documentation.
If the carrier investigation determines the damage did not occur in transit, or if the required documentation is not provided, the return will be treated as a customer-damaged/used item and may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
Restocking fee. If an order is returned in original condition for reasons unrelated to shipping damage (for example buyer remorse), a 40% restocking fee will apply.
Refund timing & method. Refunds are processed within (2) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for the payment processor or bank to post the credit.
Shipping damage claims deadline. Carrier damage claims and requests for assistance must be submitted to us within (2) days of receiving the shipment. After two days, you should file a claim directly with the carrier that delivered the item.
Non-returnable items. Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. All graded comics and graded trading cards are final sale. Due to tamper-evident cases and third-party grading standards, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, unless the item arrives damaged in transit, or an incorrect item was sent. Any shipping damage must be reported within (2) days of delivery, with photos of both the item and packaging. Any factory-sealed products that have been unsealed or tampered with, in accordance with manufacturer or grading-company (“gradehouse”) policies.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use on our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site and making a purchase with Three Bees Collectibles LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Terms
1.1 By using this website, and all websites and social media affiliated with Three Bees Collectibles LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all items will be exactly as pictured or described, due to variations in manufacturing, photo lighting, and display settings.
2.2. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in product listings or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.4. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless explicitly allowed by the Three Bees Collectibles LLC customer service team.
3. Payments
3.1 All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our website.
3.2. Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store credit card details.
3.3. If a payment is declined or reserved, Three Bees Collectibles LLC reserves the right to cancel your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We aim to process in ship orders as quickly as possible, but shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.
4.3. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We accept returns on eligible items within two days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. If we notice there are damages to the package or it is no longer sealed, no refund or exchange will be possible, unless the damage is done by the shipping carrier.
5.2. Refunds are processed within two business days after the returned item has been received.
5.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, aside from an error on the part of Three Bees Collectibles LLC.
5.4. If an Order is returned in original condition and reason for return does not include shipping damage, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
5.5. Shipping damage claims will need to be submitted within two days of receiving the Shipment. After the two days, we suggest you file a claim with the carrier that delivered your collectible item(s).
6. Customer Expectations
6.1. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions, or outdated information.
a. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
b. If an order is placed based on incorrect pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
c. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, users of our website must not engage in the following activities:
1. Unlawful Activity
* You may not use our website for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
* You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while engaging with our platform.
2. Hate Speech & Harassment
* We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other protected characteristics. Harassment, bullying, or threats against other users, staff at Three Bees Collectibles LLC, or third parties will not be tolerated and will result in termination of user account a ban from the use of our website, and possible legal action.
3. Spamming & Unsolicited Promotions
* Do not post or send unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, or repetitive messages(spam) to Three Bees Collectibles LLC or their staff.
* This includes excessive self-promotion, pyramid schemes, affiliate links, and automated messaging.
4. Misrepresentation and Fraud
* Users may not impersonate another person, business, or entity, providing false information, misleading claims, or attempting to manipulate transactions is strictly forbidden and will result in termination of user account a ban from the use of our website, and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6.2. Availability of Product
Our inventory is subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that any item displayed on our website will be in stock at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative solution.
7. Website Functionality & Downtime
While we strive to maintain a secure and fully functional website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.
7.1. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
7.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Bees Collectibles LLC Shall not be liable for:
* Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) our website.
* Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities due to website errors, downtime, or inaccuracies.
* Third-party actions, including cyberattacks, that may disrupt website operations.
9. Customer Responsibilities
